Gist of the trust deed :
ASOMA (Asian Society of Mastology) is registered as a Public Charitable trust at New Delhi
Dr Chintamani, Dr Dipten Sarkar, Dr Uttam Soni, Dr Piyush Ranjan Mishra Herein after jointly referred to as “trustees” (which expression shall, unless excluded by or repugnant to the context, be deemed to include the trustee or trustees for the time being of these presents and their successors in office) of the other part. Being alarmed by the fact that the incidence of breast diseases has been increasing in the developing countries, the need of awareness, education and timely treatment is of enormous importance for a healthy life, the Settler is desirous of settling a sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand) only upon a Trust for effectuating the aforesaid desire.
Whereas the Settlor is desirous of establishing a trust for public charitable object, with a vision of the MISSION STATEMENT as:-
